Shipping coverage

Jeeroul ships frozen ready-to-eat chicken breast within supported West Malaysia delivery areas. Orders are packed for cold-chain delivery from our fulfilment base in Bukit Mertajam.

Delivery timing

Most confirmed orders are prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 working days, subject to route availability and courier cut-off. Klang Valley orders may be arranged with same-day delivery partners where available. Outstation orders are shipped through cold-chain logistics.

Receiving your box

• Place the packs into the freezer as soon as you receive them.
• Keep frozen at -18C for storage.
• Thaw only the packs you plan to eat soon.

Returns and issues

Because Jeeroul is a frozen food item, returns are handled case by case. If there is a delivery, packing, or product quality issue, contact us with your order number, phone number, delivery address, and clear photos on the same day you receive the order.
