We dispatch from Klang, Selangor via cold-chain delivery. Estimated delivery is 1–3 working days after ordering within serviceable West Malaysia areas. Timing may vary by location, public holidays and courier schedules.
Please make sure someone is home to receive the frozen parcel, and put the packs in the freezer as soon as they arrive.

Is it already cooked?
Yes. Jeeroul chicken breast is cooked sous-vide. Keep it frozen, thaw it in the fridge, then enjoy it cold or warm it gently. The warming guide on this page has the details.
How do I store it?
Keep frozen at -18°C. Frozen shelf life is up to 6 months; always follow the expiry date printed on your pack.
Can I mix flavours?
Yes. Choose from Garlic Original, Truffle, Italian Herbs, Mexican, Cumin and Mala when building your 12- or 20-pack box.
What comes in my order?
Your selected 12 or 20 individually packed portions of chicken breast. Side dishes shown in serving photos are not included.
Where do you deliver?
Serviceable areas in West Malaysia, excluding Cameron Highlands. We do not deliver to Sabah, Sarawak or Labuan. Confirm your postcode at checkout before paying.

Not tender? How does the 30-day tenderness guarantee work?
Your first website order is covered by our 30-day tenderness guarantee for one 12-pack or 20-pack box. If the chicken isn’t tender after proper storage and preparation, contact us on WhatsApp within 30 days of delivery with your order details and a brief description. Eligible claims receive a refund of the amount paid for that box, with no deduction for included delivery or handling fees. Normal opening, thawing and tasting are allowed. What if my parcel arrives damaged or not frozen?
Check your parcel as soon as it arrives. If anything is wrong with the delivery, the packing or the product, contact us the same day with your order details and clear photos of the box, label, packaging and product.
Can I change my mix after ordering?
Your mix is recorded on your order. Message us before it ships and we can adjust it.
What if there is an issue with my order?
Contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and photos so we can review the issue under the published refund policy.
From your freezer to your meal

Just thaw and enjoy.
Jeeroul is fully cooked. Enjoy it cold after thawing, or gently reheat — a little warmth is all it needs.

Keep frozen at -18°C. Move 1–2 packs to the fridge for upcoming meals.
- Thaw
Transfer from freezer to fridge 1–2 days before eating.
- Enjoy
Enjoy cold after thawing or gently warm. The chicken is already cooked, so keep reheating brief to preserve tenderness.
Our preferred method
Warm-water bath
After thawing, keep the pouch sealed and place it in 60–70°C hot water for about 10–15 minutes. Do not use boiling water. Open the pouch and enjoy.

Freshly boiled kettle water needs to cool first.
Prefer another way?
After thawing, you can also air-fry, pan-sear or microwave. Remove the pouch first, keep reheating brief and avoid prolonged high heat.
Air fryer · 180°C · about 3 min
After thawing, remove the chicken from the pouch and air-fry at 180°C for about 3 minutes. Check and adjust as needed.
Pan-sear
After thawing, remove the chicken from the pouch and briefly warm each side in a pan. Adjust the heat and time to suit your portion.
Microwave
After thawing, remove the chicken from the pouch, place it in a microwave-safe dish and cover loosely. Warm in short intervals, checking and adjusting to your appliance. Do not microwave the pouch.

When you take a pack from the fridge, move the next one from the freezer to the fridge. Tomorrow's meal is already on its way.
